I liked the tone of the guitars and sound of the drums. I tend to prefer more gain but its probably not appropriate for this song.

I sometimes have trouble getting the bass to come out and so I noticed the bass was very much in the background on your recording.

Don't know much about Rory Gallagher and haven't heard the original but I liked your version.

Oh I liked it from the first bar - it sounds very cool!

There's something about the vox in the mix which doesn't quite sit right for me. Unfortunately I'm not good enough at mixing to identify it. I would have liked it more prominent in the mix - there are sections when it sounds really far back.

Anyway, I great cover nonetheless

I love Rory, my favourite blues-rock guitarist.  Really good cover, your strat sounds really good.  I'd bring your vocals up in the mix a bit more.  Your vocals are really good, just lost in the mix somewhat.  Fantastic job, olive your solo.  You are making me want to get my strat out.

Really good ! Excellent guitarwork and great vocals, but I agree, they get a bit drowned in the mix. Seems like there's some kind of stereo effect on it. I'd loose the effect, just use a mono vocal track with some compression to make it sit better in the mix.
