Hi all, I was in a super market the other day and down one aisle there was a group of woman one being particulary distressed. Being nosy I edged over and had a listen, the distressed woman had just been dumped by her long time boyfriend and was very tearful and angry. As I was passing she came out with the expression "I was making plans for life", hence the song title. Hope you enjoy.  Roscoe

Love the lyrics to this one, what a great way to get inspiration. Intro sounded fine to me because the song is a kind of slow and atmospheric, so the steady buildup is fine. The guitar melody/harmonies are lovely so you're quite happy to let them wash over you. All IMO of course. A bit different and really enjoyable.

I'm in two minds.  When the intro was first playing I was thinking it was too long, but in the context of the rest of the song actually it's okay.

Nice tune, great hook just shows that you can pick up ideas anywhere, great recording too loved it!!
