Sorry. Each member has the right to delete or edit his own posts but not those of other members. When a topic has replies (as this one does), deleting the topic would delete those replies too which belong to other members. So the only time we can delete a topic is when there are no replies by other members.

After you've updated your YouTube video, you can simply edit your original message at the top of this topic and add the link to the updated video. So there's no need to delete this topic and start a new one.
