Good suggestion, and stripping down that big 80's production of the original has given the song a tenderness and closer connection with the subject.

I really like Simple Minds, but this was a song I could never warm to back in the day. They should have done it like this - it adds such an emotional warmth and respect to the subject. Fits you like a glove, and the vocal is exceptional. Brilliant.
