Dear Friends,

Alfredo asked me to sing this aria "Di quella pira" from the opera "Il trovatore" of Giuseppe Verdi.
Verdi is my favored opera composer. Alfredo thanks for giving me this opportunity.

I tried to do my best. I hope my singing has been sufficiently respectful of Verdi's magnificence.

In that case, we have a few problems:

• All festival submissions must be performed entirely by one or more members of Songcrafters. That precludes the use of any backing tracks or other recordings not made by a member of Songcrafters. This is mentioned in the Festival Guide.
  
  
• Music recorded with backing tracks should be posted in the Backing Track Jams board, not in Cover Songs or Original Songs. So I've moved this topic from Cover Songs to Backing Track Jams.
  
  
• Most importantly, you've used a commercial recording as your backing track and uploaded it to our server. We can't allow that for copyright reasons, so I've removed the attachment. We don't want the site to get in any legal trouble for hosting copyright recordings. If you want to, you can upload it to some other site such as SoundClick, alonetone, SoundCloud, etc. (if they allow it) then link to that file here at Songcrafters. But if you want your song included in SuggestFest, then you'll have to record your own music track or make an a capella version.
