Firstly forgive the quality of the recording , it was recorded with the BR-800 onboard mic's , the main guitar is my Fender American Standard Strat being played by Ralph Danks , who by the way is from Ralph Danks & the Playboys way back in the early 60's , who once opened for the Beatles & the Stones in Paris way back when ( oh & backed The King and Dion  few times ) he had throat cancer , hit hard times , but is now a successful artist in Tokyo , anyway , Ralph visits once a year to see his Daughter , who is my friend Jeanette's eldest daughter & we meet up to jam.
The problem is , in four years I've never managed to get any recordings because of one thing or another , this time is no exception , two gigs on the trot & i my voice was shit + bad positioning of the BR-800 , which picked up more from the amp ( Fender Blues Junior ).
Well I've EQ'd the recording & amplified it in Audacity , its pretty shit but hopefully you might enjoy the moment like i did , maybe i'll add to it to make it better , but this is it in its raw state

Oh it sounds great Rob, very special and your voice could never ever be sh*t. If you don't mind me saying it sounds very dry - if you drink more water that should sort it out. If you've got a heavy night singing to do you should start watering up in the afternoon - or get a vocal spray.

I hope you post more.

Glad you were able to capture and share it - and nothing you post is ever shit.

Even if your throat was feeling a bit raw, your voice still sounds magic...maybe even adds a little positive grit to the performance! And Ralph provides a very smooth and clean guitar accompaniment.

Fabtastic!

This sounds positively fantastic.  Its got the spook of a real jam going on, the vibe is heavy on this.  Damn fine Rob.
