This was setup and done real quickly but i`ve played this tune alot and i experimented with this by plugging the acoustic into the ART also along with the Rode mic into the br-80.

 I think the guitar is too loud but i`ll know for next time. I wanted to do an original but the daughters friends were over so they were making too much noise and i`d rather butcher a cover than my own. My voice took a beating this weekend especially after this. Shannon Hoon was one hell of a singer and artist. It`s fitting to do Skinned live!

Gnasty you are right about Shannon Hoon being one heck of a singer...it's too bad he's no longer with us...but you nailed the vocals here! Not that your voice tembre is the same but you nailed it just the same and I'm a partial to the grit in your voice. The acoustic has great tone so your set up is a keeper to my ears. Nice work for a quicky!

Hey Regs, I`m glad i got you into them and sounds like you got a good deal on 3 Cds. The 2nd cd is my fave but i do like most songs. He was one hell of a lyricist and jam packing those words in his singing style was incredible.And the band was so good. I remember them being here in the mid 90`s and seeing an interview with him that he was straight and off the junk and not too long after he was dead. Another victim of the cocaine. A sad shame!
