When my head hits the pillow
and the day starts to fade
as the world closes in around me
im ready for the midnight ride

To the dreamworld I'm headed
where all my dues are all paid
Yeah, it's always my first destiny
On the way to the midnight ride

Midnight Ride - on the way to a midnight ride
Midnight Ride - on the way to a midnight ride

Where my mind's a blank canvas
and I own all the paint
every scene there is is painted by me
in the way of the midnight ride

Midnight Ride - in the middle of a midnight ride
Im in Midnight Ride - in the middle of a midnight ride

It is a sweet ride. It is a sweet ride.
There ain't no wishes denied
You're on the Midnight ride
It is a sweet ride. It is a sweet ride.
Cause there no rules to break
When you're on the Midnight ride

You don't take things for granted
they are not what they ain't
No rewards for the timid or weak
In the middle of the midnight ride

Midnight Ride - you're  in a midnight ride
Midnight Ride - you're in a midnight ride

Midnight Ride - you're  in a midnight ride
Midnight Ride - in the middle of a midnight ride

I hope you all enjoy this little song.
:)

I cant understand why songs like this don't get the recognition they deserve in the mainstream.....

This is 100% lovingly crafted goodness, by fine artists......but yet because it is "free" it is less sought after for some reason.

This song has echos of skills from decades past, faithfully preserved in vibe and spirit. It is like hitting the start button on a time machine.

Amazing work!

Each time I push the play-button of Steffen's song, there's always well produced and professional music (on positive way). This a good example of that again. Excellent collab!
