i'm sure i wrote something similar about billy mackenzie but that time i never went up and said hi to im. now i can't ever go up and say hi to billy.

and there probably is a song or two in this meeting too. i am still totally starstruck gawsh.

Im liking this jim,
you know,,,most musicians are a  sponge as you know(I know I am)and take in various scenarios and tell a story,these stories I find personally morph into a song and grow arms and legs but the basis of the song remains the same.
I remember playing a gig and the doorman aka bouncer was being hassled by a girl who had too much too drink by hitting him with a pink balloon.
Standing singing by my mike I clocked this and it stuck in my head ,and out came the sond TOO MUCH OF A GOOD THING ,although the rest of the story never happend the girl making a scene was enough to trigger the idea of which ill post soon.
