Is version 1.10 the latest version, think I'm still on 1.06.

As far as I know it is. I have done the upgrade, it gave us the long awaited track editing capabilities! A recommended upgrade.

Yes, I just checked all of the major Roland sites (Roland.com, US, UK, Japan, and Germany) and 1.10 is the latest version available from any of them at this time.
