Agree with Flash, it's the bassist that sells this song to me.
Heard it loads, but Dr Bass adds something a bit special.

Good recording too. Was this a couple of microphones in the room, or a mixing desk job?

As for the guitar demon losing a finger ... I lost my car keys last week & found that awkward (someone had hidden them in my pocket). Using that train of thought, I'd have to mislay a whole hand before I'd get any better.
Still ... doesn't seem to have done him or Tony Iommi any harm.!!

I recorded this, and thirteen other songs, using seven mics going into a BR1600CD.
Two for the vocalists, two for the guitar and bass amps and three for the drums.
I used a direct line in for the keyboard/synth.

I did the editing and mixing using Audition.
The plugins used on the vocal tracks were a vocal enhancer and stereo field.
The band wanted the vocals to be very clean so I didn't add any unusual effects to them.
