In this thread you all can share your little tips and tricks you have regarding recording with the Micro BR.

Tip:

Always record in tempo using the metronome, even if it is just a sketch. This way you can easily improve your song by doing a seamless punch in a specific measure later on when you find it again.

Another tip:

Before recording play your instrument or voice as loud as you can and see if the displays the OVER. If yes, then gentle lower the input knob and stop immediately after it stops displaying. This will you will have a high volume recording even in the loudest parts of your song.

try recording in a room that has goood acoustics like if you are doing vocals or acoustic guitar do it in a small bathroom in the shower/tub! you get amazing results

Yes, very good tip. I usually record vocals in my closet.  ;D

Much more dry than my room.

Cool trick I found today but most people should know by now:

Muting can be done simply by changing the track to an empty Virtual Track.

I'm getting into the virtual tracks now, they have some cool uses.
