Tony I wish I could inspire myself to play as well >:(
Seriously I think its brilliant
really helps hearing somebody elses take on your backing tracks
It would be really good to hear others versions of the same track

This sounds like the start of another backing track lead guitar challenge, excellent  ;D.  I will have to give it a go this weekend and see what I can do with this.  I think this one version will be the top dog though.  Hard to play any better or more interesting than this.  Great job.

By all means, all in the spirit of friendly competition.  I find it really interesting to hear all the different takes over a same backing track.  Go back in the archives about a month ago and there is another backing track lead over challenge.  It was great fun to do and listen to each others version.  It is also good for learning and improving to hear what other people do and try something yourself.  I kinda surprised myself how well my version came out.  Get your guitar out, plug er in and let the fun begin.

Anyone else who is interested, get the backer and have a go.  The backing track is contained in this thread: http://microrecorders.org/community/post-your-work/latinish/0/

Supreme, sublime skill. The new Flying Vee sounds great, but you could wring sweet tones out of any old axe  :D
