So I play open mics at a small venue (there are 2 of them about 10 miles apart) in Statesville, NC.  A young local woman who used to play there when she first started out 6 years ago made the America's Got Talent national show.  Anyway, this was her performance.  I don't know her but they had a party there for her the other and she played.  They say the party lasted until 5am.  Anyway, she hitting the big time.  Good for her too...
