They should have let him go. He remembered all the words. That proves he was sober. Being a nutter isn't a crime.

A co worker showed me another version that was longer... He was really giving it to the officer from the moment he got put in the back seat. I think what cracked me up the worst was how cooperative he was. A very civil ...but drunk... ass!!! I resemble that remark!!!!
