Unusual choice & Mazz's choice. Timing is quite flippin difficult. Learnt and recorded this evening (although do know the song to listen to). Ending sucks (me) - so may re-record, but not tonight.

Decided to cut it to bare bones - one acoustic and one vocal track - just some reverb and mastered using acoustic patch. That's it. Second take for the Vox - 1 take (probably should have been 2nd or 3rd) for the guitar - but I'm tired, long day at work, bla-bla-bla. you know the score!

Cheers all. To be honest I'm not entirely happy with the guitar performance, so may re-record. Tempted to start again with a click track - the timing is horrible to play on this track - as it is quite jazzy and loads of cross syncopated rhythms and its sung behind the beat. Am pleased with the new mike though - lovely warm sound on the guitar and Vox.

Burtog - Mazz is my teenage daughter (17). She could have chosen an easier song!!

Excellent cover! The vox is superb! I thought the guitar work is pretty damn good. I wouldn't worry about any "grace notes", it's got a nice live feel.
