oh he works the land
till the night turns black
and he's up when the day's still dark
he ploughs the field
and turns the dirt
and he digs till it hurts his heart

and he sows his seeds
in the wilderness
in the dank and barren land
and he prays to the gods
'fore he goes to bed
that his efforts where not in vain

oh this life is hard
but it's all he's had
and it's all he's ever known
yet he never complains
and he bares his pain
he just does what he has to do

oh he works the land
till the night turns black
and he's up when the day's still dark
he ploughs the field
and turns the dirt
and he digs till it hurts his heart
and he digs

Yes, it's really complimentary to your style!  Maybe at least mix it in with other instruments in your masterful creations!

Don't put it away. Now that you've completed your uke-only album, you can start using the uke along with your Juno and guitar. You've done lots of minimalist songs. Maybe it's time to do some more multi-layered compositions with several instruments and really put your BR's multitrack capabilities to good use.

You could also use the uke as a songwriting tool. Since you seem pretty comfortable with it, you might find it easier to come up with ideas on the uke. You could then take the chords and try playing them on the Juno or guitar instead. Also, you could try running the uke through the BR's effects to get something that doesn't sound quite like a uke.

wow - I loved it - that was great (and I'm not into Uke's).
Really earthy and gritty - and ...
"and he digs till it hurts his heart" - what a line!
