That was really totally live improvised, no tests, ideas or programmings before  
This happened last Christmas while we were recording Toto cover songs...

"Especially version" of Jingle Bells for a special Christmas dedication to "Totò di Lera" (nickname of my uncle, father of my cousin Andrea).
