actually my home recording is a PC, audacity and my guitar and a mic plugged in the audio board. BUT
I was thinking about the cheapest way to have myself recording a demo in just 5 minutes - maybe zoom H2? you know it? maybe you've talked about a million times, anyway thanks for helping!

You can't go wrong with a second hand Micro BR if you are lucky enough to find one. It does take some learning so you won't be up and running in 5 min.
Good things take time...and usually money unfortunately.

The Zoom H2 is just a portable stereo recorder. It does not have multitrack capability, effects, or a drum machine.

I would recommend the new Boss BR-80 instead.

Its multitrack recording capabilities allow you to record complete songs with multiple guitar parts, lead vocals, harmony/background vocals, drums, etc. It even has a bass-to-guitar effect which lets you record fairly realistic bass lines using an ordinary guitar. Then you can mix all of these parts right on the BR-80, or export the individual tracks to your computer and mix them in Audacity or the included SONAR X1 LE. The BR-80 can also be used as an audio interface, so you can play your guitar with the built-in effects and record it directly to Audacity or SONAR via USB. No need to plug anything into your sound card.

If the price is too much (238 euros) then I'd recommend the (discontinued) original Micro BR as others have suggested. Some shops might still have old stock they're clearing out, or you could get a used one for even less. Thomann has them for 125 euros.
