Jim and I were each up for another round with the mad man across the water.  :D
As usual lyric and lead vox by ORH... instruments, backing vocals, production by Hooper.

We are dedicating this song to Ron (Rolow) a fellow Songcrafter who is currently recovering from some tough surgery. Keep on keepin' on, bro.   ;)

The Light At The End OF The Tunnel- Words by Jim Higgins, Music by Ken Lowry
Thanks for listening and we hope you enjoy.

' I was born very far away from where I was supposed to be.  And so, I'm on my way home, ya know? - Bob Dylan
At the end of the day
When the sun's gone down
And the night is here again
Here again

Do you come back home
To the one you love
To the one you made your won
Made your own

Or are you lost at sea
Out there on your own
You can't find your way

The light at the end of the tunnel
Will get you where you're going
The light at the end of the tunnel
Will help you get back home

When you're all out of breath
Standing on your last legs
Digging deep
For strength
Deep for strength

Do you keep right on
Keep right on to the end of the road
Of the road

Are you lost at sea
Out there on your own
And you can't find your way

The light at the end of the tunnel
Will get you where you're going
The light at the end of the tunnel
Will show the way to go
The light at the end of the tunnel
Will help you get back home
The light at the end of the tunnel
Is where you're going
The light at the end of the tunnel
Will get you where you're going
The light at the end of the tunnel
Will take you home

ORH and Hooper - or more like Hooper and ORH.

Impressive playing and your ususal sparkly production Ken, great musicianship and arrangement -  your backing harmonies are your signature I think for me, but it's all sublime.

A perfect vehicle for some great lyrics and a powerful vocal from the wee Scottish gnome.

All round blinder chaps. This is such a good song.

yup every time i go on holiday i get some music from ken, i got a rough sketch of this on about my second day in kos, so gave up some sunbathing to record a vocal to that sketch. ken then took the bull by the horns and came back to me with a full blown production and asked me to sing again, had the hoose tae masel so gave it some welly but recorded it dry for ken.

he then morphed back into george martin and did some jiggery pokery wi ma dry vox, he is a wizard a true star.

ken could you please explain in layman terms the treatment you used on my vocals.

Bravo!!!

My favorite hooperhead song so far.

Your usual crisp, clear guitar playing Ken, with your "how'd you do that?" recording and mixing that sounds sooooooooooo good.

Excellent lyrics Jim and a fine performance as well.

Thanks for the nod guys.

One of the best productions I have heard on here in a while.  Your vocals sounds positively WOW James.  I second this request Hooper.  We all could learn a thing or two from your vocal treatment here, I know I sure could.  Magic guys, really magic song.
