His lyrics have often something mysterious inside, and "La Cura" makes no exception. In fact you may find several blogs with opinions about the real meaning of this song...a love song?...a prayer?...who knows...

Paul and James, nothing to do with farts...

that means: "I'll keep you forever young",

in Italian (anyway very complicated language)

non= not

fare + te ("farti") = make + you

invecchiare = to get old
