"Dreaming With a Broken Heart" sq51 does John Mayer!

OK guys I'm just finished with this song. It's a beautiful tune from the album Continuum, with a bit strange chord progression, but John Mayer does it in a great way, making it sound so natural going along with the vocals. I started out by lining my Yamaha keyboard on the "Grand Piano" setting inte the Micro BR. I continued with adding vocals, the there's me trying to play the harp in some sort of fashion. The idea behind that is to give it a Young/Dylan/Springsteen sort of atmosphere, not any fancy melodies. Then, as I like to do, I added slide guitar, George Harrison-esque. I mastered it first on the MBR, but I also mastered it a bit in Audacity, adding compression, noise reduction and boost. Kind of nice and I hope you like it.

This is indeed beautiful.

A great performance on all instruments, I especially loved the harrisonesque slide guitar!

But like for Sandy,  it's the vocal delivery that really captures me here !!
