We are well into the 5th Kingstorm album. All tracks ready - waiting on the drummer to record on just over 1/2 the songs. In the meantime I thought I'd post another Kingstorm track from a previous album. This is from 2nd Journey - trk #6 "Monkey On My Back" (Rodriguez - Bowes). This is Jose, the drummer's favourite track from the album.

Joseph Rodriguez : All guitars, including bass
Jose Ruiz : Drums
Ron D Bowes : Lead Vocals and blues harp

Farrell Jackson

A real cool rocker with a Pat Travers vibe. It's great to hear a Kingstorm song with some blues harpin'...excellent blowin' and vocals, Ron! Great guitar work by Joseph and Jose's drums are bang on! I like this song and the entire album rocks (I have the CD).

Thanks FJ and what a coincidence. I was listening to Rayon Vert - "Second Course" in the car today, because I have that CD ;-)

You're killing it Ron!

I just ate a banana and my blood sugar is spiking so i think i'm just about able to let this rocking goodness to sink in.

Btw why is "bad ass" a compliment and "bad breath" isn't? Just wondering... Anyway this one is bad ass.

Now we're jammin! Those lead tones, riffs and drum-drive are to die for. Vox and harp nail it all together into one big power-house of a rocker. 8)

Jeez! Great track, Ron. Love that guitar work, love the drumming and cool harp work.
