This took some time to put together  :)

Always loved this song from my favourite Jackson Browne album.

Lots of tracks and this also debuts my new Boss IR-2 amplifier/cabinet pedal.

Tracks:
3 electric guitars
2 acoustic
Bass
Piano
Organ
Drums (recorded each drum/hihat separately as I'm no drummer ;D )
Lead vocals
3-4 backing vocals

recording drums the way you did is no small task.  They sound real good.  I love the organ, I am a sucker for organ and piano together or even separate or in any combo...lol

also I love your guitar work on this.  Tracks nicely to the original.
The higher vocals makes you sound a bit different than I am used to hearing and it is really great.. I love  your treatments as well.

The bass pulses the song along in time nicely.  Nice stops too.. really, really excellent cover.

You did a fantastic job on this JB cover, Geir. Your lead guitar is great and emulates a lap steel guitar very well, cool stuff. It's not easy recording one drum at a time but the results are amazing. Excellent vocals and everything else!

Beautifully done.

Great work on all the instrumentation, and you brought some nice enthusiasm to the vocals - more to hold ones interest than the original, in my opinion.

Keep running! (on empty or full)  ;D

Nice cover. I like how you handled the lap steel solo -- like an homage to the original without trying to imitate it.

You left out my favorite drum break: snare-kick-kick-snare-kick-kick-snare

My drummer friend in high school loathed the day I heard that break. I wanted it in every song.

Great cover Geir! A real head-bodding groove (especially with that cool steady bass). Excellent guitar work and vocals as well.

Life is not about the number of Breathes you take, it is the amount of times your breathe is taken away
