Guided by 64's fest guidance, I wanted to do a pop song out of my usual styles, one that I like, I should add. Except I wanted to do it in a different style, ie guitar based indie in particular. And that's how this started. Except the song didn't let me.
Overdrive - Distortion - Hyperactivity
Yesterdays shatter, tomorrows don't matter

the only Rhihanon I know is the one Fleetwood Mac did... but I love your version Nick... wonderful... a great recording, a great mix... nails me right between the eyes...but that damn deep thing at about a minute really is flooring me... wow.  this is clever and brilliant and effervescent and wow... I am going out to smoke a bit and come back to hear this...
brilliant production!

I've been busy catching up on the latest songs I've missed during the week and had to jump to the top of the list when I saw this. You've done a cracking job on this Nick, love the keyboards, those chords are spot on.
Alert, another Pete ramble coming up...
We have a bunch of friends who we used to go on city breaks with...Paris, Berlin, Budapest, Prague, Nice, Pisa, Rome,,the list goes on. From 2010 to 2018 we had a week in Tenerife every October as we'd got to the stage where all our kids were grown up and we could go all go away for a boozy week together. The year this song came out, they played the hell out of it in every bar and the minute I hear those chords it takes me back to those times.
