"I'll Be Home for Christmas" is a Christmas song written by the lyricist Kim Gannon and composer Walter Kent and recorded in 1943 by Bing Crosby, who scored a top ten hit with the song.
Originally written to honor soldiers overseas who longed to be home at Christmas time, "I'll Be Home for Christmas" has since gone on to become a Christmas standard.

Dedicated to all our Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines currently deployed and away from their families.
The heart transports our minds and dreams, always to the people we love.

your voice is a bit more deep on this one... as laid back as most of your music is, this version is a notch more laid back... it is very relaxing...

Those are lovely chords and you play them so well. Very well done all round, I would say you could quite easily play a lovely acoustic set in the corner of a cosy bar... and at Christmas time would top it off. Lovely.
