Searching (Farrell Jackson © 04-19-2022)
(V1) This is a song about searching...I seem to be lost for lines.
Looking at the world around me...Through a glass of wine
Sad it is for this to be...walking on unturned ground.
Any subject of interest will do...A secret phrase not yet found.

(Chr) I'll keep on searching...I feel the need to be heard.
I'll keep on searching...Until I find the words.

(V2) I need some thoughts and rhymes...that I can share.
Give me, give me, give me a sign...let me know you are there.

(Chr) I'll keep on searching...I feel the need to be heard.
I'll keep on searching...Until I find the words.

(Guitar and Keyboard solos)

(Chr) I'll keep on searching...I feel the need to be heard.
I'll keep on searching...Until I find the words.

(V3) I've been trying to write some lines...But there's nothing new.
I could do a love song...But I don't want to bore you.
A story about the seasons...But somehow that feels wrong.
Maybe just some small talk...about the winter long.

(Chr) I'll keep on searching (searching)...I feel the need to be heard.
I'll keep on searching (searching)...Until I find the words...

If someone told me this was a track that was not put on 90210... I could believe it... admittedly the vox are clearly you...but this music is the era of Yes that I loved the most...Big Generator, 90210... just superior sound and you guys hit that same nerve in my sympathetic system....

loving it to the max.

Great rocker! Full of niceness. With the kick-ass drums prog. and the magic guitar blending and don't forget those rich organ tones. I'm seeing a full on hammond B3! Too cool! 8)

Those things we take for granted - when we're young and immature - will surely return to haunt us when we're old and insecure

Lads this is another gem. That was a great comparison by Steve... there is a little eighties Yes feel in here which is a damn fine thing. Loved the intro and loved the middle section, surprisingly chilled. I thought it was gonna explode (that woulda been good too) but it was pleasingly ambient. Downloading for future listens. Thank you and great work chaps.

Nice  Love the intro
You guys are really on fire.
The mix is outstanding, everything has a place and space to breathe.
Everyone's done a great job here. From your vocal tracks to the lyrics, what an infectious hook, to the bass and the drums setting a wicked foundation for it all. The parts with the guitar and the keys playing off each other is just incredible. So many tasty bits sprinkled throughout this song, just keeps you in the groove from start to finish.

Again, hats off 2 U gents

You guys are so good. Great songwriting, arrangement, playing, recording, mixing. It's the whole deal. Awesome.

A perfect combination of pop, rock and musical sophistication. Love that verse part - comes across like 'Owner of a Lonely Heart' crossed with The Police. Such beautiful, classy transitions and more trademark showcases for the depth of individual skill. This is already shaping up to sound like a 'Greatest Hits' rather than a standard album. Brilliant stuff!

Beautifully played sung and recorded what a great mix loving the synth solo toe tapping through to the end
