this beauty kind of got buried in the mayhem... I am glad I was able to find it... you must be using a bit different tuning... I was playing along on the bass.  Super song and a really great cover.  I like the way you record your voice.  You have an interesting way of saying words...and a nice accent (I love to hear different accents)...
super nice playing and I love the color on that guitar...it's stunning

Great version, Rene - I remember the original (it got lots of air play in the late Seventies) and you made this your own with your voice and performance.

Count me among the admirers of your guitar room. Some sweet looking instruments there!

beautiful René....I thought I had, but no

Your voice is really great
I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

HI Stephen,
Thanks for your like of this tune.  And I am really glad that I was able to get it back in this time. This guitar is tuned two frets lower, DGCFAD.  I lowered the standard tuning so my vocals can fit well, and not struggle to reach the notes.
Thanks for the wonderful comments.

*****************HI Pete,
This is all koa guitar, and I lowered the standard tuning by two frets, so I can reach the melodies ok with my vocals.
I am glad I was able to introduce this song to you!
