Do you mean this?

It means that the topic has been set as "sticky" by an administrator. Sticky topics are no different than other topics except that they will always be displayed at the top of the first page of the message index. Their position in the message index won't get displaced by newer topics as ordinary topics do. Administrators can use this for topics that are important so that they can be easily found. Unfortunately, some of the topics that are currently sticky are out of date. Some day when I have more time, I'll review all the sticky topics and update them.

An example of a sticky topic that I use regularly is the 'Vote for the mth/mth year "Originals/Covers" festival' topic in the Songcrafters.org board. Whenever I create a new poll for an upcoming festival, I mark this topic sticky so that it can easily be found, and I un-sticky the ones from the previous votes. So only the two most recent voting topics are always set to sticky.

OK, so why the thread cover song of Willie the cowboys rides away is a stickly?

Thanks for letting me know - I'm not sure how it happened, but I have set the topic as not-sticky.

QuoteSalut, je ne savais pas ce que c'était pour mais j'ai apprécié la notoriété pendant que ça durait. ;
;D

excuse me Willie, I did not want to question your notoriety (deserved in my opinion)

I just wanted to know the meaning of this pin and not delete it ;)

but....

I agree with Alfredo, if it turns out to be correct (as the investigation of Inspector Alfredo seems to show), it is right that this sum be returned to Messieur JP and Alfredo
who are behind the discovery of this hoax   :D :D :D

dear Willie ... to make me forgive,  I bring up your cover in bump ;)
