One of my previous employers had an old rotary phone with the dial ripped off, so we couldnt make out going phone calls...I remember being able to tap the bar for each of the numbers, 1 youd hit it one time, 2 twice, etc. 0 you had to tap it 10 times...and wed tap out each number(like mores code) and we were able to dial out...now I feel old.

Me neither.  But then I am in the U.S.A.   Is old different there? LOL  I remember my first car.   54 ford older than me.  And the only way I could make the tires squeel was to go in reverse and drop the clutch.    HMMM maybe thats why the tranny went out.
