This is really, really good.  A classic.  It has to one of the best Songcrafters songs I have heard in the last 12 months. Great song, arrangement, performance, recording, mixing, mastering, everything!!!

Thank's all...  Just attached the lyrics, [ which i usually fail to do -sorry-] in a text document,

and will do it properly once i learn how  [ A.D.D . ?!]

Anyway,this song, lighthearted as it sounds,is about [you guessed it] addictions of any kind i guess..

The isolation it brings,the family strains,,the idea that  : "Once you turn that corner,man the world's your oyster.."

That it's right there to be found--- "Your time is today.."

This is NOT a big AA song..i respect others who have never fallen victim to any of this,

and it's not about abstinence either-- I still say have a good time- we are all responsible for our own outcome..

Also,this song comes on the heels of our famous actor who just passed not far from here,in Manhattan...

Springsteen summed it up well in a speech that he gave somewhere, that  "Always keep alive and well- in your head- two mutually exclusive ideas that may contradict one another..."    [paraphrase]   I guess as opposed to fighting them..?
