That is fantastic. What a great version. I must admit i am a fan of pared down songs.

I'd love to do a version of Counting Crows "Round Here" similar to their one on Across a Wire (attached below for those that haven't heard it). One of my all time favourite songs.

Yes, I heard that Gerry had since faded away. An excellent tribute Jim!

Finally got a listen in.

This is great, it took some balls to do the song and not worry about representing the sax solo but it works.

Very trancy.......................................cool!

Stumbled on this one (as you do). Now, I must say that I'm not 100% sure about the single notes on the guitar - but I have to say, this vocals on this are bloody fantastic, really, really top draw - some of the best I've heard on this site. I love this song, and really, really enjoyed this track - so it deserves a bit fat bump!

to coin a phrase "FMGWABP"!!!! Wonderful, excellent, moving, I am really emotional after that (2nd just pips it I think)
This song is right up there with the all time greats for me,  absolutely defining when I was a kid, one of the first 45's I bought at 16. I loved it all but must admit it was that solo kicking in that still gets me today...

Jim you are a genius... and great bump Mr B!
