You sure know how to get a great sounding recording out of your BR600.

I'm really liking those guitars... and that southern rock feel is excellent. This is my kinda music (even though I don't write nor play it much.)

I'm really liking those guitars a lot as well, and you've got a great raunchy feel here. Great riff that holds the whole song together. A nicely put together track that really rocks, but it does need to be longer at the end - that;s a great way to end and it finishes too soon!

Cheers,

Nigel

Top Shelf Rocker! Really like the chain saw guitars..the EXCELLENT arrangement (full of stops and good dynamics, which i LOVE)

Your vocals are also excellent..clear, phrased well, and mixed out front properly. Good lyrics (post 'em?)

Overall, this is a killer southern rocker you should be quite proud of. Did you play bass? Nice! Drums from the 600?

Great job man. If i were to change anything on this, it would be to have a jam out lead at the end with a long fade out. You play very well!

Thanks for the bump Pinedog.  I played bass direct into the 600 and used the on board drum machine.  I think the drums are the weakest part.  I need to invest the time to produce better drum tracks the way so many others do on this site.

Here's the lyrics:

She's got a way, she's got a way about her.
She's got a way that really makes me smile.
I gotta say, I gotta say about her,
I gotta say she makes it all worthwhile.
Every time I see her, I get a fever.
I shake and shudder, knees turn to butter.
I ain't 'fraid of nothin', but she's got somethin'
I'm telling you she's got a way.

She's got a look, she's got a look about her.
She's got a look can brighten up the sky.
She's got me hooked, she's got me hooked forever.
She's got me hooked until the day I die.
Every time I see her, I get a fever.
My head starts thumpin', heart starts jumpin'.
I ain't 'fraid of nothin', but she's got somethin'
I'm telling you she's got, ga got a way.

(guitar solo)

Every time I see her, I get a fever.
My ears start buzzin', eyes start fuzzin'.
I ain't 'fraid of nothin', but she's got somethin'
I'm telling you she's got a way.

She's got a thing, she's got a thing about her.
She's got a thing that gets down in my soul.
I gotta sing, I gotta sing about her.
I gotta sing before my head explodes.
Every time I see her, I get a fever.
I shake and shudder, knees turn to butter.
I ain't 'fraid of nothin', but she's got somethin'
I'm telling you she's got a way.

WOW, gonna have to put down my MBR and grab my BR-600!  Great guitar tones going there.  YES, extend the ending into a harmonica lead!  Killer tune!
