Thanks all!
That is a synth within Cakewalk called Ze3a.  One of its presets is a wicked saw tooth wave that is extremely fun to play with. I used in on a song called "Compromise" a few years back.

Apparently going to a listening room requires complete silence... except 4 the predetermined exceptions by the "collective"...
Applause...and cheering...but.......only at the times determined by those that can determine. 
Which means, THERE SHALL BE NO verbal outbursts of unquenchable joy at any time by those that cannot and will not subscribe, to that which is, determined to be unauthorized.

No, sorry - we only accept songs recorded specifically for the festival. Since you've done one of these before, it should be a piece of cake to create a new one!
