You always make me jealous Erik with the wonderful melodies and soundscapes you create with your guitar playing, you have a way of creating tunes that sound varied and fresh each and every time.

This was made for the ORH vocal treatment, and he doesn't disappoint once again, weaving another wonderful vocal melody into the music.

Great stuff!!

Loving this - the guitars are wonderful as always Erik, and it's interesting to hear you do a more gentle, cleaner style here. Yet you weave those magical patterns as always and this sounds beautiful. I love the way you build it up at the end, also loving Jim's vox - lovely sound all round.

Cheers,

Nigel

ORH, you did a fantastic job here. I love how you can take my silly titles and convert them into clever catchy songs. Really nice.

Greeny, You are too kind with your words. I am no where near as good a player you are.

Andrew, Nigel, Sandy, Side effects, Rob, Nick;  thank you guy's very much! I agree it does need some bass. Nigel?

I notice there is some clipping and I can't figure out why. I usually turn the input level down to -12. My guitar volume is usually turn all the way up to 11 (hehe..Spinal Tap humor) okay..10. But, seriously, does anyone have a clue to why I still get this clipping  on my recordings?

none at all.. i liked the guitars quite a bit and listened to the original track... i was thinking, this would be fun to write to.. then i heard the vox and figured it'd been done great already.

Good one boys.

That recording sounds pretty clean to me. I didn't pick up on any clipping.
I do run into the same problem with my BR600 sometimes though. The clipping lights don't come on when I record, but when I get to bounce mode, I always seem to hear distortion.  >:(

ORH - great lyrics man. I love the way you slap words together to fit a song at will. It's amazing really.
You must eat a lot of alphabet soup man!  ;D
It ain't pretty being easy.
