There's something spine-tingling about this. It carries a huge amount of emotion in the passion of the voice and the sensitive piano playing. It's wonderful. A real joy to listen to. Well done to both of you.

This is beautifully done!  And to be right out there with a single take, no effects.

The piano playing is masterful.  Your vox is heartfelt, and well pitched. (if you want to take a very small critique from someone who doesn't sing nearly as well as you, I'd like to hear a little more enunciation.  that advice and $2 will get you a Coke).
