I think it would be an amazing thing if people would share their Drum Kits

it would be great if people could share their realistic sounding kits.  Maybe package them in a .rar or .zip file, which would have a bunch of .wav files labeled  Kick, Snare, etc.   however i don't mean a zip file containing multiple snares, multiple kicks, etc.  i mean 1 snare, 1 kick, 1 open hi hat, etc.  1 wav file for each piece of the kit that when collected as a whole, sound good together.

one can then easily go into the boss rhythm editor and use tone load.

I have a hard time finding realistic drum samples.  And when i do find some,  i'm not that good at assembling my own kits.  It would be much easier to have people post these zip files with kits that they already assembled, and know sound good together.

people could post for example, "this kit is good for a vintage sound"  etc.  it would be cool to add pan settings for each of the pieces of the kit as well.

This is a good idea. I've done all the MBR rhythm patterns to death, so would find it very inspiring to have some different drum tracks to work worth - especially outside of the standard 4/4 timing.

I've search on the net for complete drum tracks to download, but there aren't any free ones apart from loops that you have to assemble yourself.

Come on over, i have an acoustic set and an E-kit. You can use either until your hearts content.

I'd hook people up, but I can't play drums for shit. My girlfriend is a natural though, but she just doesn't play. I've only recorded her once.

hmm, i don't know if you guys understood me.

i don't mean sharing patterns.  i mean sharing assembled samples that can be used with tone load.

a zip file containing 1 .wav file for each piece of the kit.

Many are full kits that you can download. Others are individual drum and cymbal samples.

These samples are really only useful for BRs that have the Toneload feature (BR-800/900/600/864) or the BR Rhythm Editor software. Toneload lets you import WAV samples into the drumkits so you can create your own custom drumkits and play them in your drum arrangements. Unfortunately, the Micro BR does not have the Toneload feature. So Micro BR users would have to use the BR Rhythm Editor software for their custom drumkits and import their drum arrangements into the Micro BR as a stereo audio track rather than using the BR's built-in drum machine.
