Smoking quite a lot at the moment. I stupidly only started at the age of 36, and it's been downhill from there. Gave up earlier this year because I had to (gall bladder operation), but slipped back into it. It's an evil but comforting addiction. Planning to stop soon though, 'cause it messes with my singing and it stinks.

I go mental during the first 3 or 4 days of withdrawal, so you'll know when I've stopped!
