br800 input 4 phantom power / condensor mic issues

Hello all,

Happy new year!

I was trying to use the br800 last night to record, with all 1-4 inputs in use - guitar / bass / vocal in 1-3 and then i tried to connect a SE Titan, 48V phantom powered condenser microphone, into input 4 (the phantom power input).

However the input 4 did not register the mic - it does work as checked in in a PA. Does anyone know if i have to activate this input via settings in the br800 or should it just register it?? If anyone has any info or this has happened to them / you have any ideas on how this could be rectified I would love to hear about it!

Thanks

Jo
