Wanted to do something country this post. i dont know what compelled me to do
this. but good to b versatile . in all forms of music.i ve always liked the oldcountry
music of the 60 s 70 s. and wanted to capture that style.wish i had a steel guitar
buton this one i used an argo violin nearest to a steel in sound.i also feel if this
had lyrics this would b a good drinking song. or tear jerker. re lyrics and vox...
if anyone wantss this challenge the door is open . hope u like it TC NEIL ..

someone would catch on to this lo. on sound click out
of 50.000 some country songs  in 2 days this has reached
number 43. so i guess a few people still like country lo.
just kidding. i always have especially the EDDIE RABBIT DAYS!

Brought back memories of the country weepers my dad would listen to when I was a kid. Charlie Rich had some good ones.
I love country-style piano - Floyd Cramer could really play. Your piano bits reminded me of him.
A nice, easy loping feel to this - good barroom music.

to thing what the heck is this sound. and im glad u brought up floy kramer.
that s it on the nose. did he not do the song LAST KISS. instrumental.?

I'm not a big country fan but you captured the feel perfectly here Neil. You are right, a pedal steel would be wonderful but it sound pretty good as it is. I agree with Chip, the piano is really nice and really adds a lovely sparkle around the edges. Perhaps you could encourage PJ to add some vocals - that would make this truly awesome.....
