I did one track of drums and bass using the DR-880 drum machine, then threw in some guitar to flesh it out. This is just a quick-and-dirty sample of one of its capabilities.

Covermark, this piece is just a demo for the drum machine. Not useful, as is, as a real song.
With some major mods it could be turned into something useful. after the new year, perhaps.

cool post gene, i had a wee shot on the dr880 when they first came out and was well impressed but i didnt have enough pennies for one so i went for the alesis sr16  for well under half the price of the dr, its hardly been out the box, the dr880 looks a lot easier to find your way round.

I received the DR-880 as a gift from Mrs demon. A very understanding lady who knows the value of toys for big kids. If only I could talk her into a Lear jet, so I can travel around the world and jam with my friends here, in real time. Do you have space to land a jet in your back yard?
