Stellar song, Nigel! I'm speechless... What an arrangement. The bass guitar sound is awesome. And kaossilator gives a fine flavour on this!

well worth the wait nigel, drums sound fabulous, bass is ripping, vox is braw, in fact i was trying to think who the vocals reminded me of, then i realised it was your good self,  from your song The Demoiselle D'Ys https://songcrafters.org/community/index.php?topic=6778

and i didn't think it sounded that 80's it certainly was a bit proggy and punky but not at all retro sounding.

anyway i am blabbering on and only after 1 listen i am gonna be late for work.

i will say the ferryman held me up.

Wow! Very solid.  Great song and I really like the way you have put it together.  A very tastefully chosen palette of tones and textures.  Love the bass, the synth, guitars and vocal. Great arrangement and well-mixed with an artful use of effects without over-doing any of them.  Really fine job!

These days I merely dabble at being old and wise.
But I swear, I used to absolutely excel at being young and stupid.

Holy snapping this is good Nigel.  Fuzz...what incredible lyrics again.  You are a lyrisist of the highest order, you really have a knack of creating something real with your words.  Your poetry is an act of creation itself.  How Nigel intertwined the music, weaved the magic around the lyrics is breathtaking...really, truly, stunningly so.  Nigel, I really wish you would crank out a few more songs once in a while...doesn't have to be as perfect as this all the time...I really love the sound and tone of your vocal.  Enough rambling, I seriously love this song NIgel/Trevor.  This project was one of the funnest and most fulfilling things I have ever been involved in, watching all these songs come to life...I am in awe.  I need a whold lot of listens to this one.

Hi Nigel, I haven't got involved with this project so I don't really know what time targets you set for yourself, but please be assured it was well worth the wait. Musically and lyrically supurb from beginning to end and produced as good as anything I have heard in a long long time. Respect......Willie

Bleedin' Nora! This is a mini rock-opera and no mistake. So many great things going on, but I love the bass driving it all along especially. The vocals are great too - real drama and conviction in the delivery. An expertly paced and masterful song right out the top drawer. I can hear the 80's leanings, but I think the Kaoss additions make it sound contemporary too. The production is perfect. Wow.

Top notch Nigel.

Great in all counts.

A perfect addition to the album, well worth the wait!
