Another Spanish guitar tune

This is called Guajirita by the same composer Bartolome Calatayud. I must be out of practice because it took me many, many attempts to get it right. Sometimes I get stuck in a mental block where pressing the record button leads instantly to a wrong note. Recording is a battle of nerves!

This song and the one that follows in your playlist are both excellent. This one has a sprightly classical feel, but with plenty of exotic elements to give it that Spanish flair.
Some years ago, I reviewed CDs for the musesmuse.com website, and your work reminds me of some of the really good solo guitarists who would send me their CDs for review. One named Si Hayden somes to mind right away.
I know what you mean about pressing record and hitting the wrong notes - I'm that way with recording banjo. I'm OK with guitar, because I don't try to do anything fancy.
