Hi this is a new tune. I wanted to write something a bit less miserable and ernest.
i think this fits the bill.
played on me lovely Telecaster with a bit of Yamaha bass and DR550 drums to boot.

yep i'm with you on that one. thanks for the comments. I think the vocals could do with a re-record. I gave it another listen and although i may be singing all the right notes there not in the right order :-)

You know what, your singing works very well just as it is, it gives this a swagger and melodic feel that would be lost if it is sung "in the right order", in-fact there is no right order, just feeling, and you captured a feeling here big time.  I just love your Tele tone, so sharp and full and full of character.  I say that Tele of yours is alive man, you got a live one there.  How do you record your tele, what effects/settings if you don't mind me asking.  And how do you keep the hum down, everytime I try to record with my Tele I seem to get a bit of hum that drives me crazy.

Hi BB thanks for the vote of confidence re the vocals :-)
I plug my tele straight in n use the preset patches ms strgt is a good one. I tend to use the bridge pickup most although with th Baja model you can push the magic button in on the volume pot n get a grand sound.
I've a new tune which I think sounds great just need to put some vocals on it n it'll be ready

Like your style on this one, your vox sound great, getting a bit of Blur on this, loved this lots and well Tele,s can see past them myself always bit my fav guitar just so versatile.

Fun! I love the big ka-chunk of the rhythm guitar, and those vocals come at me from all directions on my headphones. Has a wonderful early-70s Raspberries/glam feel to it. This rocks!
