I can see how this thing would allow me to make "organic" sounds similar to the instruments on Swordfishtrombones...

So, yep, I'm not entirely GAS-free over this thing myself... unfortunately I've ordered an electric double-bass that I'm eagerly awaiting at the moment - so the money pot is, well, not empty, but depleted enough to exclude this thing for a while...
