Leonard Cohen's first novel!

Not sure how many literary types there are on here, but just thought I'd give you a 'heads-up' on a surprisingly beautiful novel: 'The Favourite Game' by Leonard Cohen (yep... THE Leonard Cohen). I picked it up out of pure curiousity, but a third of the way in, and I'm already totally spellbound by the way he writes. It's been compared to another fave of mine - 'The Catcher in The Rye' by J D Sallinger, which is a stupidly high comparison to live up to, but if you like Leonard Cohen or great fiction (or both!), check it out!
