Who needs a radio when there is songcrafters.  Beautiful music from a great musician.  Thanks for the listen Tharek .... Ted
Dance as if no one were watching.
Sing as if no one were listening.
And live every day as if it were your last.

Stunning, stunning, STUNNING :)

This is so musical, so good to listen to.

When I'm listening here on songcrafters I usually don't give a monkey's how something was recorded, how much working out it took, whether it's one take, or two thousand... I also don't mind whether the wave forms have been edited or not , how much technology was used, the quality of the instruments used, etc, etc - I just listen to what's put in front of me... if it's a big production, it's a big production, if it's an off-the-cuff thing, that's what it is... I have to take every offering at face value. I tend to regard what someone posts as what they were prepared for the rest of us to hear - there doesn't seem to be any other way of approaching it as far as I'm concerned...

But in this case...

T, what you create grabs me nearly every time, and this one really grabs me. But given the inspiration, I am quite interested in commenting on how it was "written" and why: off the top of your head, while the machine was recording :o - superb job sir!! :D

And I'm also interested, this time, in acknowledging the kit it was recorded on... NOT because it's just a multi-tracker the size of a fag packet... but because here's a man in charge of the tool at his disposal. He has mastered the bluddy thing well enough to get a finished result that anyone can listen to and enjoy without giving the tool itself a second thought.

Actually... I'd be just as impressed with the finished article no matter what/how it was written/recorded. :D

T, this is another lovely, LOVELY offering from you - just keep doing whatever it is you do! :)

I can't add much to what's already said .... Tharek you are a true musician and composer. Everything you make has a quality stamp on it, but every now and again you exceed even your own high standards and make something so beautiful I just sit back in awe and enjoy !!! This is one of those times.

And for the record I think a musician is someone who performs music to himself or others. Western notation accounts for a small part of music. Most music in the world is learnt by ear. Even if someone loves listening to music they are not a musician until they try to emulate it on an instrument.
