Just a terrific song love the lyrics, makes me want to get the acoustic out and put down a tune in fact I doing it first thing in the morning, thanks.

Whatever approach you took, keep doing it!  Great lyrics.  Put me right in the middle of the story.  I could hear the neighbors arguing and see the little apartment in my head.  It would be cool if you could add a little bass and drums right after the pause following the 1st chorus.  Just a thought.  Great song!
