Just got back from England - The weather completely ruined my schedule. A trip which usually takes six and a half hours took over 3 days, but I got inspiration to find the "Perfect Song".

I got so excited, I had to drag out some of my gear and share it with you.

I hope you enjoy  -  it is worth the wait until the end of my longish intro monologue.

Its great to be back - going to have a good listening session tonight.

Merry Christmas.

Great idea, Geoff! I couldn't wait to hear what you had come up with for the "perfect song". Very clever solution, and I think you are right. That must be the perfect song. :)

Nice to hear your spoken voice too.

Nice to see you, again! You've seen 'normal' (imo) winter weather. Spoken lyrics works well!

Ouch, the travel snags sound a bit hellish...and then you put a cherry on top of it with that perfect song.  :)

You're a good story teller Geoff, and you have the voice for telling them, too - ever done narration or audiobook work?

A very Merry Christmas to you Geoff, and for that matter....
Merry Christmas to us all, each and every one!
Sounds like you had a trip from hell there, but if it inspired
this little ditty, then it was not a lost cause!

Never done any story telling, in fact I was so tired out from my trip,I could hardly talk on this.
Had a good sleep and now having a good listen to all this great music that has been put on here since I've been away.
The bar keeps getting set higher and higher.
