I/O device error when copy from Micro BR to PC

When copy from Micro BR to PC by Far or Windows Explorer, i see such error messages as you can see in attachment.

Anyone knows how solve this problem?

Solve it.

Promlems:
1. Long USB A-miniUSB cable (3M);
2. Connection to D-Link USB-Hub.

When i connect directly to PC USB-Controller Ports with 1M cable, it works.
